We're especially excited about this year because it's our FIFTEENTH YEAR IN BUSINESS! That's 15 years of helping people find their dream home, move on to exciting new adventures, navigate tough moments in their lives, and creating community here with each of you.
Thank you for choosing ABODE when it comes to your real estate needs. We're got quite a few events lined up for this year to give back to the community, get some quality time with you, and show you how grateful we are for your trust. Upcoming Events
Volunteering
Our first event of the year will be volunteering at Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida in their Mercy Kitchen.
Date: Friday, February 7th
Time: 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM
Address: 3702 Mercy Star Ct. Building 3 Suite 130 Orlando, FL 32808
We'll be packaging meals for children in need that are distributed throughout Central Florida. Volunteers will need to wear food safety equipment (provided by Second Harvest - hair nets, beard guards, chef coats), and should be prepared to stand during the full shift.
Next date will be Friday, April 11th from 8:30-11:30 AM.
Paper Purge Party
On Saturday, March 8th, we’re bringing our Spring Cleaning event back with a new edit - we’ve hired a shredding truck to take care of your personal documents.
Come by our office at 147 W Lyman Avenue, Winter Park, FL 32789 from 10 AM to noon and bring your shreddable materials. We’ll have some coffee and donuts for snacking.
Please note, this is for your personal docs only. They can’t take bound books or anything that may have moisture in it. Each household is limited to 3 banker’s boxes.
Summer Blockbuster
Can you believe this will be our SEVENTH Summer Blockbuster event? Movie is still TBD (we’ve narrowed it to two options) but go ahead and save the date for Sunday, June 15th in the early afternoon.

Fifteen Days of Giveaways
To celebrate our business anniversary, we’re going to do a big giveaway this September featuring popular gifts from years past, ABODE merch, and fun Orlando treats. This year, every event you attend, referral you send our way, and review you leave for us will get you more entries in the giveaway!
Pie Day
Last but never least, we’ll have our favorite event in November, ABODE’s annual Pie Day.
